No, I have signed a personal financial guarantee for the amount of a 3 year lease, he would get paid if im there or go out of biz....

Robert, Phil here (Alex's dad), take your time and make the best deal possible for yourself. I know everybody is waiting with baited-breath, but if it takes an extra month or so, we will still come and play. I hope you find another building so that you can give this D***head the finger on your way out. How about any buildings on the old El Toro marine base, off the 5 freeway ? That is still in Casper's "Easy" range. Good Luck RB.

I just took a tour of the building off of Warner /Fairview in Santa Ana and its awsome, Lots of parking, fenced in lot and a free standing building (not connected to another) My agent will be putting in an offer this morning and the bonus is that the leasing agent for that property works for my agent

I think a central location would be great. Lakewood, Cerritos, Stanton all good for OC and LA racers.
