I know everybody is waiting with baited-breath, but if it takes an extra month or so, we will still come and play. I just took a tour of the building off of Warner /Fairview in Santa Ana and its awsome, Lots of parking, fenced in lot and a free standing building (not connected to another) My agent will be putting in an offer this morning and the bonus is that the leasing agent for that property works for my agent
