We are on for Saturday at 11:00. It will be for practice, but if we have 4 or more we will hold a practice race for classes along with open track time for anything. We will need practice on counting laps for now cause of a lack of a timing system. So come on out bring a 6 pack if you want and enjoy the track and the company. We will have menus for the place down the road on hand also. See you there.
I have my stuff loaded ready for the trip tomorrow. Could you post up in the morning how things are looking weather wise up at TLB? I should be pulling out between 8:30 and 9:00. Hope to see you guys there.

I got screwed at work this last Saturday, but Sundays are easier for me to schedule off for, my work weeks take place thrurs through sun
Hope I can make it for the next one, my buggy and truggy have been sitting waiting for some abuse for 2 or 3 weeks now lol.

This Weekend
Our forecast is calling for T storms on saturday and rain on Sunday. It looks as if we will have to play it by ear for the weekend.

TOBY HAS DECIDED TO MOW OVER THE TRACK TO PLANT CORN. THE TLB RACEWAY WAS SHORT LIVED AND NOW WE HAVE NO PLACE TO GO LOCALLY. I AM ASKING MY FELLOW LOCAL RC DRIVERS TO COME TOGETHER WITH SUGGESTIONS OF WHAT WE CAN DO LOCALLY FOR A TRACK. I NOW HAVE 1,000 FOOT OF 4" WATER PIPE AND STEAKS TOWARDS A FUTURE PROJECT.

we have a lap counting system, electric, lights....... we could use racers, helpers and suggestions.
