Onroad carpet track in SoCal (OC, San Diego)?

Well sort of permanent for asphalt. Even though the tracks are permanent, they run on limited schedules. AT Bending Corners Raceway in Orange, they run every Saturday with carpet set up every first Sunday of the month. In Camarillo they run twice a month at their track on Sundays (can't remember the name) run by the Ventura Roadrunners club. There is also temporary parking lot racing on some weekends around Orange County and other places.

Hey,
How is it going? There are a couple of Hobby Shops in San Diego that do some parking lot racing. One is Family Hobbies they race on Wednesday nights in front of there shop out in Santee. They have a thread here in the Track Locator Forum (I think its called Family Hobbies on and off road racing). The second one is Discount Hobby in Kearny Mesa there is a Thread in the Race Forum as well (I think its titled DCW parking lot racing in SD)They race every other Sunday (this sunday is a race). Both have a great turn out for Stock and 19T touring car. They also run an 18th scale class as well.
For 1/12th both parking lots are a little rough to race them on. Plus there isn't a big push for 1/12 out here right now.
Check them out. Its good times at both tracks.
