I bought the OFNA truggy box, removed everything inside, and stuffed it in my Losi starter box. Use the Losi bulkhead piece as a template to mark the holes for the starter wheel in the OFNA bulkead, drill 2 holes and your done. Now I have a Losi starter box on steroids.

That's a single motor, and it is what I use. Never had a problem turning over a motor! That one is direct drive, the wheel is right on the motor shaft. The motor is HUGE, looks like a starter motor off a motorcycle.

make sure you pre-heat your engine with a blow dryer/heat gun......you don't want the wear that starting a cold engine will give. I do this for the first gallon.

That one's nice because you could start your car at the track, then go home and work out with it....

no, some of these Ofna boxes use one HD motor, I think they are direct drive. Correct me if im wrong.

I'd like to see pictures of this too. I burned up my second set of motors on my Losi starter box last Saturday, and after asking around, everyone recommended the OFNA blue truggy box. The only real difference I can see between the two is the 775 motors that come with the OFNA box. I wanted to just buy those motors and put them in my Losi box, but the hobby shop scared me out of it.

Here's the pictures of the complete Ofna truggy box internals in my Losi 8ight starter box. I removed the screw that holds the wheel in to show where I drilled. I will probably slot it for more adjustment when I get time. I did drill three holes also. I put another screw through the bottom. I wanted a third screw holding the bulkhead from underneath.
