Servo saver EPA (end point adjustment) and Tray cushioning are the 3 main reasons poeple blow servos in all vehicles..The Losi 1.0 just needs more attention than the others, but once done correctly you wont have any problems

+1 but also add linkage setup to that list. if you do this stuff right you will have no problems. 2 years on both losi 1.0 buggy and truggy with ZER0 servo failures.

Well when you get the buggy it will have addendums in the manual. if you follow these to the T you will be golden. Very reliable, durable and fast buggy.

the most rear screw that hold the radio tray in (under the battery compartment) needs to be replaced with a 1mm longer screw. i used associated shock o-rings, but put two between the tray and the chassis for that screw. make sure you leave it loose enough that the tray will flex and not tight enough that the screw will protrude into the battery.

just make sure you use the rubber grommets that come with your servo and make sure the servo case doesnt contact the radio tray all the way around it

these Items should be included with the newer kits aswell as addendums as to how to do it all.
