After looking at the logs since I went flash I upgraded my server to a stand alone box with no ip sharing. This should stop or greatly cut down the rebuffering people have told me about. I can now add a real media server to my site instead of using HTTP streaming as well. I'll be working on that but in the meantime this should work much better for you.
