i know this has been covered before but what threads i found were kinda dated

i am looking for a good a multi-surface multi-condition truggy tire that i could use for practice?

VTR Caliber, works just about everywhere.

Sweep Racing's Exagon. Tried it out fri at Motorama and never changed tires all weekend. They still look like new.

hotbodies khaos or megabite... last forever and work everywhere (will need AKA grooved foams though). sweep and VP Pro tires are also very good. never been to a track where cityblocks or calibers worked for me ...
