I guess the Losi would be better of the 2 for bashing, but if you go to the track, the Sportwerks, since it actually has a class for racing and the DX2 2.4Ghz radio. If already have a radio, then get the Pro ARR with .21 engine. Still under $400 at amain.

That CEN isn't a bad deal at all for $419.00.

I'd lean towards Pre-Owned Pro Kits myself. You may just be able to score a ready to race Pre-Owned (Not a "Pwnt" kit, as there is a difference - LOL) for around $500 or less.

Just check out Ebay and the classifieds here.

TeamVTX VTX-B1 (www.teamvtx.com) with an upgraded radio!! It's an excellent buggy that you can buy at RC Nation (www.rc-nation.com) for about $260, which leaves $140 for you to spend on a different radio and possibly some billet suspension parts. Once you got all that, you are ready to hit the track. Once you get into racing, you might want to get a different engine to make it ROAR legal...

Default Sportwerks Turmoil

I have built and owned the CEN Matrix, and currently own and run a Sportwerks Turmoil Pro ARR.

The Turmoil gets my vote for a killer value, totally race quality chassis, high quality (durable) parts, and a stellar engine in their V2.

I know the Turmoil is sold a few different ways, but any way you buy it, it's a winner for a first timer or a seasoned veteran.

Thumbs up Turmoil.......

The Sportworks Turmoil is the best overall deal. The car handles great and can actually be raced. The engine and pipe are great engines that others are using in their race truggys. This means you will find a buyer if you intend to sell it. Out of the RTRs, this radio is the one you will most likely sell for top dollar. It is the best RTR radio in the buggies.
I drove one of these cars the other day and was quite impressed with how well it handled the track.
It is a very good deal.
The Pro Version ARR comes with the .21 engine and it is a motor for racing. We are going to the RC Pro Finals with 3 of these engines because they run great.
