i dont have a new pllug but im not sure how hold the motor is. it doesnt look old and it doesnt look new. does the throttle have to be open about 2 millie meters or does have to be wide opened?

OK well sometimes it take a little throttle to get it going. It should be about a credit card thickness in order to idle.

OH....well it sounds like you have a clutch problem. Either its bearings or a clutch spring is bad. It shouldnt try to move forward when you spin it, it means your clutch bell is stuck. If it set for a while it probly would be the bearings are rusted or dirty. that will make it hard to get it started

well under the air filter is a gear that when u turn it, it will turn the engine. then after that theres a black metal looking cylinder thats half inch in diameter that connected to a small gear and that small gear is connected to a big gear. that small gear moves freely
