Default X1CR - compatible unis

Hi,

first thread for me here but I have been loitering and reading many interesting posts . Great forum and I hope to participate more.

I own an X1 and have been looking at replacing the unis'. I'd like to know what models (eg Kyosho 777 or Xray XB8) are compatible for each of the F/C/R universals and how they compare as a product to the HN/Jammin ones (and if any different hubs/hex nuts etc are required). I am mainly thinking from a "bang for buck" perspective as different brands cost and wear different.

I did read for instance that the 777 rear unis were slightly too long and interefered with full suspension travel (i'm not sure if the author had personal experience though).

cheers,

Nothing wrong with the Jammin ones... why do you need to swap out for a different brand??

Kyosho's work on the front and hyper 7 work on the rear. I'm not sure about the centers. I would just keep the jammins though.

I dont like the HONGNOR ones. They get relli loose. So i use Kyosho all over. Works a treat.

Thanks fellas.

I wasn't sure if there would be a difference in the quality of universals and thus rates of wear.

Surprisingly, OCM ones work too. But they're hard to find so stick with the Jammin's
