DE racing plate 2nd generation
#32
I had an aluminum rear skid plate on my Losi 8T 1.0 and loved it. When I got my T 2.0 that company was no longer making them (I think they went out of buisness) so my only option was DE. This is just my oppinion but I did not have good success with them at all. I run on a hard and bumpy track and sometimes I would only get like maybe one qualifier on one rear skid plate. I was going through them like candy. They would fetch up on the front edge and bend straight down, then every jump after that one I would nose dive when I left the lip of the jump. I did not bash the company, I just figured out that they were not for me. Now I don't run any skid plates on my buggy or truggy. It looks like alot of guys are having great success with them. Does anyone know if someone is making aluminum rear skid plates?
