Did you by chance run at SWR last night? Would you recommened it as an equal competitor to the 103's and 104's? I really like this car. It appears to be well thought out in the design aspect. For $125, it looks like something worth trying. I'm hoping SWR will get a few in.
Thanks,
Steve

I'll have my brother (Vill) Take my F109 to SWR one weekend or Wed Nite Racing and let you race it. Been so busy..unable to make it to SWR. so far the car runs great on street testing..

wow, i just recieved my f109 in the mail and this thing is sweet!!!! Which is better to run, a standard servo or a low profile. It looks to me that a low profile servo might be the best way to go.. just not sure.......

Hi experts,
I'm thinking about F109 for our local races and I wasn't able to find out the F109 manual in pdf. My question is can I use the tamiya f103 rims (F1 rims but no 24mm) for the F109. We will run on rubber tires.
Thanks a lot

In fact i will starting build my car tomorrow.
Could anybody if is necessary to sanding and glueing the edge of the FRP chassis, i think at least is not need to sanding it, is it?
I think this chassis doesn't fit all LIPOs due the size, for example my SMC MR special 4700 40c battery, is it?
Best regards

Could anybody answer me the questions which i made before?
About another thng, how about if i change using F104 diff kit in mi F109, in fact i didn't like that conventional diff kit which must remove those thrust bearing to take off the right wheel.
Will F104 diff kit will change the wheel base, i guess the F104 chassis wheelbase is shorter due the all new tyre set, isn't it?
Best regards

I have taken the whole back axle out of the unused F104 and put it in the F109, and with F103 Rubber wheels on it is still 200mm.
Still building kit. seems like so many e-clips

You will not be able to fit the F104 diff unit on to the 3racing shaft unless you cut the shaft down in length.

If that works?
About other thing, i want to know if work using frp antenna, for example the Xray 1 for 1/12 chassis, is worthy to using?
And could somebody tell me if the aluminium servo mount of 3racing for f103 could put in f109?

I just started putting together my F-109. And it seems like some stuff in the manual might be labled wrong. can someone tell me which grease is for the ball diff? either the clear grease or the silver grease. So far I am very impressed with this model.
