Yes the extech is the same pipe. You could also get the Team Orion 2013 as well.

I know Werks just redesigned their 2013 to be stronger, and Amain hobbies sells them but are currently out of stock. I'd search around for the Werks version.

I just bought the Orion 2013 last night from Amain, from what I have read and understand all the 2013 pipes are the same. I wanted the Werks but got too impatient. Hope I was right.

There was a large batch of Extech pipes that were made in china, and are JUNK! You should avoid the low cost Extech pipes and stick with Werks/Sirio/Orion. Any of the Werks/Sirio/Orion pipes that have the stinger gusset are the updated, Italian made, high quality pipe sets.
