new rc club!!!!
attention! a guy i met from point place ohio and i are starting a rc club for the white park track. if your interested in joining, please pm me! we are going to setup a facebook and maybe a twitter page. plus we gotta think of a name for the club. we all will help with maintaining the track and plan on starting races in the spring. with a new class for kids! we have to wait and see how many kids will be there to make seperate classes for them. same with the adult racing. it depends on how many people we have and what cars/truck there will be. so if your interested, please let me know. thank you!

just wanted to mention i was at the track last week and noticed some of the wood on the pit stand is warping and pulled the nails out on some places! i took my drill and about 20+ screws down and fixed the boards that was sticking out. that pit lane/table needs some new wood! or even a good coat of sealer to keep out the water and protect it from the elements outside! plus anyone with a gas weekwacker? the weeds are getting pretty bad. im there a lot checking on the track, picking up trash and keeping the tubing in place.

just so everyone knows the track at white park is being tore down!!! 
for the past couple weeks i noticed first some of the driver's stand was removed, then the main water pipe for the track was taken out. then the fence around the track was taken down. now yesterday i went by there and the rest of the driver's stand was gone. next will be the pit lane/stand! man that sucks! just to make extra parking for them dumb jogger's and tennis players to park!!!!!!! if anyone wants the metal spikes from the tubing, i put them all under the pit stand towards the front. hurry and get them before the pit stand gets removed!

well in the summer time when there is baseball games the parking lot in the middle of the park is full and people are parking all in the grass down the side of douglas rd. so really just to expand the parking. i really miss the track there! had lots of good times and lots of fun watching racing and bashing there!!!!!!
