the whole front end is same as Speedpassion, so you can get parts from them quick

rc-art.net in Japan sells the parts, they are super quick and reasonable on shipping. I ordered on Sun and had the parts Sat!

Still wiring mine, will test Sun. At my track the SP is the dominant car, in speed

We have a few people running the SJF01 on our local track (that vid is from one of our local racers). And just by seeing it run around, you could definitely see that it carries and maintains higher corner speed than other kits.

This is perhaps due to the rear pod being 'more' independent of the main chassis than others. This setup allows for quite a lot of true vertical pod movement, which is absent on T-bar or 'Pivot (ala F104 v2 / 1:12th cars)' type of designs. This enables the rear pod to absorb heavier bumps making your rear stay flatter, consistent, and have lesser chances of unsettling either end of the car.

But needless to say, tires are still where most of your grip would come from.

First let me say, after running my Street Jam, it is far beyond any other car, in traction stability and steering.

your better off buying the Street Jam

it's easier to list the parts you don't need

front lower arms
front upper arms
front knuckles
front kingpin
steering bellcrank
steering arms
front caster plate, although the street jam option one is better as it has 3,5,7,9 caster options
front camber pillow ball
front springs
servo mount
front turnbuckles

basically the front suspension is the same and everything from the servo back is new, even the front arm plate is cut differently to allow you to run a laydown servo as an option, you can grind the sp one or just use the bellcrank steering

so you need big things like chassis rear pod plates rear side pods rear shocks

Jay, how does the SJF01 compare to your VBC?

I can't say this strong enough, Street Jam domination, over the SpeedPassion as well.

More forward bite, more sidebite, more braking stability, more steering. It is like driving a sedan.

Also no issues with the football moving when you crash etc, no football...

I'm talking Chris D into one as well


rc-art.net has them for $181 and they have great customer service.

Allready got it sitting on my desk, build.
Need a new motor tho as the SP motor will not work with the rearpod as the motor wires will touch the motorpod
