LOL ...that's how I "started" this 4 years ago, with the hopes that my then 13 year old would get into the hobby, and once he realized he had to actuall work on the stuff and practice to get good (he was expecting to put the car down on the track and kick everyone's arse) he lost interest ...and I got addicted, my other sone who is now 12, doesn't have a competitive bone is his body, he's actually very shy and bashfull ...saaaooo this doesn't work for him either

I got my son interested at 12, after a year or so I jumped in. He quit when he got his driver's license. Now he's 25 and back with it (I never quit). LOL

Hi guys

Thanks for the coverage ... gutted we buggered up our home internet so I couldn't get more "involved", just a few checks on the web for college each day had to keep me going

Sorry if I missed this - who won the mod "king of the hill" award? looked like some awesome racing from the pics, vids and results.

Thanks again

Oli

i believe it was Hara that won KotH... it had to be a tiebreaker, as he and Marc had identical finishes, 1sts and 6ths, maybe? in the end, he split the purse with Marc, i heard.
