Guys I don't have good news...we didn't have any rain since noon today and shouldn't have any til monday again but I can't have races tomorrow. I probably could get it to runable condition by 11 tomorrow but its a mess. At the track we had over 7" of rain since thursday... I say over 7" because my float ring pool was an inch below the ring and overflowed from all the rain, and the ring is approximately 7". The track and shop flooded...someone stuffed the drain pipe with rocks so water couldn't flow out and it backed up to the drain past the crossover and ran out that way just to give you some idea. There are ruts up to a foot deep and I just cant get it fixed quick enough without taking equipment out there... I am sorry and would be too embarassed to have anyone run on the track in its current state. I will have it back together for next weekend. I hope you all can make it out on Sunday. Thanks
We are planning on racing this Sunday, but again it is too soon to tell what the weather will be. We will post Saturday, on and off, and also Sunday morning for track conditions. Robin

We are asking for any volunteers, to work on the track today and tomorrow. Any Team members that can help out, we would appreciate that, too. The weather is supposed to be good on Sunday and in order to have races, we need to do some work on the track.

The 4 of us worked all day on the track yesterday to make it nice for today and then the rain and hail came.
Thank you to the people that came out to help support G today, it was greatly appreciated. We did manage to raise $60 for the Luekemia & Lymphoma Society.

Schedule Update
The Saturday, July 21 race that was postponed and scheduled to occur today on Sunday, July 29 has been rain-delayed and will occur on Saturday, August 4. This is also a points race day, so you'll get points and cash, and hotdogs. Today's race (the July 29) race that was bumped due to a schedule conflict with the July 21 race will occur yesterday, July 28 (there were no other open weekends).
We have a really big race scheduled September 1 and 2. If there are a bunch of rain cancellation leading up to that race, then we'll reschedule them all for September 1 and 2 and have a really, REALLY big race.
This is all may be very confusing, so for the most up to date information call the G's hotline at (717) 530-5200 and press 1 to hear the schedule. Press 2 if you'd like to hear points and if you'd like to press 3 then hit 4. Robin is available by pressing 0 and if you press anything else Jack will magically appear and yell at you.
