Fantom specifies the specs of motors they want from Trinity. They aren't going to be the same as what you buy off the shelf from Trinity. On top of that, shimming the rotor makes sure the magnet is set in the position to make the best power possible. The bearings are nice, especially in sedan. I run Ceramic 1 bearings in offroad and the 7 bearings in onroad.
Right now I'm really liking the RPM stator with a HT rotor in my sedan. I haven't tried the HT stator with the BP rotor yet, but that's on the way. What motor you pick is really going to be depend on your track size. Big, go RPM, small, go HT.

k thanks guys fantom seems to be above the rest.Skill level's above average still heaps of room for improvement lol. What Diff... you going see or feel with 12.3 - 12.5mm rotors

At the very least, getting a tuned motor from Fantom is going to be better than what you get from Trinity.

What is the performance and the difference between a 12.5 rpm rotor and a 12.5 torque rotor. Which is better for on road asphalt track? I race on a prep parking lot painted track with 100' of straight and the track flows well! I'm planing on the rpm stator 12.5 rotor but which one?

I ran the rpm and torque rotors to test in my D3.5's. My conclusion was that the motor ran hotter with the rpm while the torque was just bad ass and ran cooler! Get the torque. You will not regret it. As far as these new Killshots I think i would still get the torgue stator and torque rotor version!

In 2 different race days I watched 4 kills hot motors die. They didn't overheat or smoke, just lost power and wouldn't run anymore.
The one today was from a seasoned guy that it very rarely happens to if ever

Mop , they just stopped working. When I'm at a race I'm in my own world, LOL so I hear things and just pay no mind but it happened a few times with these and it's a known problem so run it at your own risk, that's what I say..
