Do any of you guys run the larger 2.4 wheels and tires? The sponsored guys at my local track seem to be indifferent about them and still run the 2.2 size. Just wondering if you've noticed any benefit running them on the b5.

I am having a blast with my b5m. It is my first buggy and I'm impressed with its ability and durability.

I've heard they are a little bit less forgiving, make the car a bit twitchy

Yeah, that's what AE told me when I e-mailed them last week. Oh well, ended up switching it back, stripped a bolt, realized my tools suck, ordered new ones as well as new bolts, spent a half hour extracting the stripped bolt, yada yada yada. The joys of being a newb.

They're nice but nothing is a "must have"...depends on whether you want to spend the money or not...

The bigger wheels seem to lack side bite at my track. We are mounting everything on 2.2
