Thanx for that break down!! well now im torn between the 2 D8 or HYP9 .. the money defenetly plays a part "but can u put a price on glory'!! so im guessing runnin a .28 in a buggy is overkill? .21 is the sweatspot? Also proline revol' is that the one on top of the market right now ?

If you race 1/8th buggy, most tracks if not all will not allow you to run a 28 in a buggy in a race. Some may, but most will not allow it. You'd also need to get a motor too. Tires are more dependent on the track.

AKA tires are the best on the market now. Pro-line is playing catch up.
.28 is overkill in a truggy let alone in a buggy.

How so, I got nailed full throttle while mine sat on the straight away and only broke a shock end.
My friend nailed a buggy full throttle on the straight away and came away with no damage (separate incident)

Before you buy a new kit, try to see if you can drive the different cars and see how you like them. Every car will drive different and one might suit your driving style better than others. You wouldn't buy a real car without test driving it

I don't know where the fragile comment comes from, I have been racing mine for 3 months and have yet to break a part on it.
