Well, the S3 is being good to me!
Although it wasn't RCRE's Top 1/8 scale
turn out or size,,My 1st TQ & Main!!!!
A 37.7' is a place I never thought I'd be,
I Like it there! I want to go to 35.o' !!

So,, I've order'd the X1-CR wing mount,
Frt & Rr CVAs, RF2 Alum Susp' block,
KingHeadz wing brace, Heat Sink Brk disc,
Radio box, Rr lower Arms.
The brake disc were great last Yr,,I Need them!
Used up 8 TTR CVA's and a bunch of LST CVA prt's
don't like the way the stub shaft wear's under the
brg's. Maybe this time I'll CA the shaft to the Brg's
and the knuckle from the start?
Works on the Vendetta,,,

Pillow Ball stud's, has anyone had the threaded stud ''pull-out''
of the Arm ? I've found a couple of old arm's with Heli-coil
in them! I thought I saw a Monster Truck fail that way, but
an 1/8 scale?! I'll bet these arms would have bein on the
flat car when I bought it if they were done right.

How many set up this car on a Hudy set-up station
@$180.00+ here [$129.00 A-Mian's got more...}
I think something more than a camber gauge
and the wall are req' ?!? Is the blank wheel
glued pointer worth making? How durable, would it be?
Do you need the set-up ''Matt'' with the Hudy Tool's?
Thk's

with Pivit Ball steering, one is expected to set the length of the arm symmatrically, track width is also another setting that requite the setup mat

I'm going to make a set of set-up wheel's, with a pointer glued on, got to be better than nothing.

2004 TTR EB4S3 long flat conv'/RB WS7II
2006 RCRE Nitro Buggy Champion
R.I.P.
Had a good laugh at the Track yesterday
[while only marshalling & pitting]
about how my changing set-up problems
came from a lack of maintenance!!?
[It's arm's wore grooves in the chassis, the
clutch bell did it to, muddy day's] BUT,,,,

Thank's to a Huge inventory of prt's that
never broke and overnight Fed-Ex,from
A-Main, the Cat is going to Race again!

Very satisfied with my 1st 1/8 scale out of
Monster truck and if it is/will be discontiued
them I'll go for more AE/TTR Engineering.
They seem to lean to the durable, predictable side.
Want that RC8 anyway.
Gotta Love woven c/f

Hi guys.
I have bought a TTR EB4-S2 and i have a problem with the shocks. They seem to be weak for this chassis (especially the front shocks) because they keep the car very low, they don't restore the car to the initial ride height and they are prone to shaft bendings. I have put shocks clips but the ride height is still low (the shafts are good and shocks are filled with oil).
Because of the above problems i have decided to go for a better car like the EB4-S3. I know that there are better cars than S3, but i think that it is the best value for money car.

I would like to know if these two cars have any remarkable difference in driving and in overall performance in the track. Have you faced any problem with S3 shocks like the above?

Thanks.
