Default APC Priority DDU slow?

Greetings from Australia

Long time customer of AMain... my recent order shipped by APC Priority DDU having previously been sent by UPS or USPS. I haven't received it as yet having been placed on 26th of May. Have been some public holidays, but it seems slow!

Both of you should get in touch with Amain's customer support. They should be more than happy to contact the shipper and figure out what happened And if it somehow got lost, Amain will reimburse you completely.

Have you tried their live chat option? That's generally where I have the best luck getting a quick response.

Although it is not as fast as one would like, we are seeing it is a much better option than UPS International Mail Innovations, so far
