Default F1

Hey guys I am planning on making the 2 hour drive to rc word for some f1 action. I will be bringing 2-3 guys with me but they only have 21.5 motors. Do you guys mind if they run them but turn em down to equal the speed of the 25.5? If they breakout then the win won't count or if caught before hand then they turn em down some more.

What about the 21.5 guys get their own heat?

Well....I love racing with you Denmark but..
I think because we are in the middle of a points series...this would more than likely mess up results. The guy that finishes last in 25.5 will just say that the 21.5 car that beat him did not "turn down enough" and messed up an opportunity for him to pass a rival ect.(in fairness this would be true).

It's up to the track director...I will absolutely race either way,but Godzukihop might have the right idea here.
Hell...I might have an extra 21.5 car to race with you all by then.

Default f1

JD I hear ya. I'm not trying to mess up your points or anything like that, we just like racing F1. I'm like you it wouldn't matter to me one way or the other. I don't care about the points no matter what place I come in because I don't race there on a regular basis so you guys don't even have to factor me in. I just like racing with a bunch of guys who feel the same way I do about F1.
Well no problem I will save my gas money.

Hi Denmark,

We would love for you to join us, however our F1 class is 25.5. I would be more than happy to set up a 21.5 class. As JD mentioned we are in a points series and mixing 21.5 and 25.5 motors only opens a can of worms. A few guys may have their old 21.5 motors laying around and may want to get twice the F1 action sunday and may want to run both classes of F1.

Just run a separate 21.5 class. Unless you want to use an old 25.5 VTA motor I have. I can bring it. But, I want it back at day's end.

I don't know much about it aside from being one of the less expensive of the lot.
Mine has a 12.3 in it, which is ROAR legal. It is also legal with the optional 12.5 you can get with it.
I LOVE this Fantom motor. 45 degree timing and after the race, 131 degrees - with no fan or heat sink. I have about 15 degrees timing left on the endbell.
I was 3/10th off you guys for fast lap and my car was TERRIBLE in the corners. I ran down guys in the straights. It's got guts.
I'm going to get on in 21.5 specs and try it in USGT.
