Ah ha. So it's not just me. I run the Japan setup which calls for +4 caster inserts, and at very low speeds right at exit the 6 will hook. Can I power steer the car away from ever reaching this scenario?

it depends, if you just want the clear stick on ones jconcepts makes really good ones, or you could have a graphiics company make custom ones

So what is going to give me the most off power steering? My track is very small with 3 180 degree hairpin turns. I would link youtube videos of the track but my post count isn't high enough.

I've tried pro-dive 25 +4 caster and liked it a lot. Now i'm at 30 pro-dive 0 caster and it doesn't seem quite as good. I'm thinking of going to harder springs then red in rear.

Thanks!

I put Brandon Collins setup on my car and it was an excellent base with just a few simple changes the car is hooked on my local track. Medium bite. Medium size and a good mix of technical for the size of the track. I went to white fronts with 32.5 Losi up front medium on the front camber link and that's it!

Move the 1mm shim from behind the caster block to in front. Shortening the wheel base.

Moving the battery forward if possible. Or lowering the axle height will give you more turn in but will lose some on exit

Hi,

those of you who are running a gear diff. Have you found a fitting hex screws ? If yes, which size/company screws ?

And what kind of grease are you putting into your transmission ? or none at all ?

I've been pretty curious about gear diffs - seems easier to deal with and more consistent. Please update us on your findings with it ...

Finally got to race the car today. The car was great and drove well. Driver sucked. It was just one of those days.
