I personally was not aware anyone was even working on 4600's myself. I can see your concern for the "team" guys being able to get something the general public can not. So I think it is a good call to ammend your ruling. Besides, it is your race and we should support you and your decisions. I personally have not had a complaint about the first two events and I am sure this one will be just as good if not better then the previous two.
