Agreed, modded 5-port.

Might want to get some cleaning done asap though.

like i said in my first post, its probaly an RB s5. and now that i have seen pics of the piston prob. has been modified since the standard RB s5 could use some more top end.

Don't want to sound like a cock...but i think you're all wrong.

The first RB motor i ever got was an RB CS, which was a sport .21 motor.

I know it's been out of production for awhile... and im not so sure about this particular motor though, because the head that was on my CS was a ton shorter than that one. But the crankcase definately says CS, not C5

edit: I didnt scroll down far enough, I just saw the sleeve, yeah its a modded five port, but hey its in a different crank case

Clean it up, get 'er pinched, slap in some new bearings in and run that modded monster. The sleeve mods look like they will really sing. If the crank duration hasent been changed too much it should still tune well. I love old restore projects like this. Maybe install a turbo head button and a new 60 mill head if you have one laying around. You might be surprised...!

all of the old (before the MSC case) RB S series motors use that case. Motor is definatly a modded S5. and from the looks of that modding it is either gonna run amazing or be a turd. Only running it will tell. Did you inspect the outside of the block for any markings, the modder might have made?
