I guess it depends on the motor setup & track size

At Tamiya and Camarillo 4.0-4.5 is about the avg gear
I run a 100t spur 64p with more than enough room for adjustment on the 13' model

Will,

Heritage is only slightly larger than Camarillo and lacks the straightaway of Tamiya.

The motor you are running will come into play, but RedBull's recommendation will probably get you pretty close with a number of motors.

Just out of curiosity, was the 14' noticeably better. I was thinking about picking up,a set of those shocks. I bought a used 13' for $220 and I'm thinking about updating/upgrading.

The 13' is an excellent car
More than enough to get the job done

Haven't driven a 14' outdoors don't plan to ether

Has anyone ordered from yokomo Europe? Just wondering what the ship time is to the U.S.??

ToniSport... 2 to 3 days from the time they ship. I believe they use DHL.

Hi

I upgraded one of my 2013s to a 2014 and I felt a difference. The car just seemed more responsive and bit more stable.

If I could find a kit I would upgrade the other 2013.

apart from the original, 3 racing fit & are pretty good, t.o.p. fit and are quite good also both of these are well priced also

The newer Yokomo clip ones or Roche. The Roche are more durable, the yokomo develop a little slop initially but nothing after that, 7 months and still going strong...

...hmm, I think that depends very much on the track and the motor. With 13.5 blinky, we mostly go for a ratio of around 4.5, only on very wide outdoor tracks we go down to 4 or below (but just a little). In any case you should watch your motor temperature before you gear so high...
