If you will buy a TC3, like what they have said, do not use TAMIYA pinions on the TC3. You have to buy 48p pinions to matchyour TC3.

As what they have said0.6pinions of TAMIYA will eatup the spur!, yes they may look a like but they are not.

.6module is a little bigger the the standard 48p, thats why you said it to be 42 pitch, only to be graphic about the size.

Woops, I mistook 04module for being in the TL-01, but it is really 06module(I might still be wrong about this)

I remember when I was goofing around with a TL-01, and it came with a 19t pinion. I wanted/needed more speed with the car, so I decided to install a 23t pinion from RRP...
Well I striped out the spur on the TL-01 and realized that they were different pitch's. Because I was thinking about how the TB EVOIII comes with 04module, I put 04module together with the TL-01 so I stated that the TL-01 comes with 04module when infact it comes with 06module.(if 06module IS what it comes with...)

I think that we have it all figured out now...

Well i finally got to the track today to test out your suggestions.

First i went from the 2+2 rear block to the 3+2.
Little more steering, rear felt more planted, but still twitchy coming out of the high speed sweeper and into a chikane.

So i went to the 3+0 block. It was perfect. THe rear still would come around when i wanted it to, but it followed the front perfectly everywhere else.

Thanks to everyone for the ideas, ill keep messing with them.

Dave!
Hello, those are from kai models racing factory in JAPAN. here's the link:http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~kmodels/tc3parts.htm
and
http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~kmodels/index1.htm

Unfortunately, they only sell locally, as in in their own PreFecture(area/island) worse they only sell to racers! I've asked so many people to get me hoked up more than a year ago and still no upper deck or side braces. They really check if you are a Racer or a kit owner. I've also asked an online store in Japan to source it out for me even with additional charge--still no can do.

A store in HK sells the whole conversions kit for the EVO u might try there.

Anyways, if you really like that side braces, you can order the one from Square at RCmodel.com andjust take out your dremel and cut away to be like that of the KAI version.
here are the links:
front:http://shopping.rcmodel.com.hk/produ...oducts_id=1291

rear: http://shopping.rcmodel.com.hk/produ...oducts_id=1292

Gave up trying that's why I ended up withthe Square ones and for the Upper deck I ended up withthe Demon hehehehe!! Goodluck sir and happy New Year!

I thought you meant the side braces, sorry. I too wanted the center brace but to no avail.

anyways, there is a local racer from your area who made one, i just have a picture maybe fellow racers can identify who made this? this is taken from this thread also.

And Team PRP said before they were coming out with an upper deck but still no news. anywyas, you could always settle for the Warpspeed upper deck, just have it narrowed and holde out.

I plan on making a somewhat unique center brace sometime this week, if my graphite will come in. I'll try to post pics when it is complete.
