The axles are to big for your standard 12mm wheel. All the aka, jc, de wheels would have to be drilled out to fit over the axle, they only fit over the threaded part of the axle. They included the 12 mm setup so people can use there existing wheels but they won't fit without mod.

I only run bladder shocks as their dampening properties are more consistent than emulsion. I need room for a bladder. I'm honestly not convinced that you have enough room even without them. Yes, you can remove the bump stops but I personally am against that idea. I run the V1 rear shocks and tower on my 210 as a result.
I use 6mm of shims at the wheel end of the tie rods to fix bump steer. Unfortunately, this causes flex at this location so I may end up getting some Exotek aluminum hubs.

I get that there are features from different manufacturers that are good ideas and worthy of integrating in your own products. That's called design evolution and everyone copies at some point. I like the rear end of the 210F. It has some neat features. I certainly like it better than the B44 rear end based hybrids that convert them to 2wd. I've got complaints about every car in some form or fashion so don't be too put off by my personal opinion. It seems like I'm always attacking Durango because it's their cars that I drive. However it should be noted that it's still their cars that I drive. I won't buy a B5M.

Got my 210F built and almost ready to hit the carpet. I used the 12mm wheel setup as I have a lot of B5m wheels and tires. Pretty happy with the build and happy with how my wiring job came out. One thing I don't like is that they couldn't throw in a 210F specific sticker sheet!? Need to get some dress up stuff as it looks plain jane but I'm excited to see how she feels compared to my B5m on the carpet. Painting a body now and having my painter do one as well. Went with kit setup to start and a Novak GTB3 with a Vulcan 7.5, should be fast.

I'm surprised that you didn't put the esc behind the motor to balance things out.
