Default ROAR 5th Scale National Challenge

The biggest 5th scale race of the year will be held at Greater LA RC Racing club.
It's the ROAR 5th Scale National Challenge!!
The proposed dates are 10/22-25, save these dates now!!
The classes will be STC, GT, F1 and Street plus the 1/8 rubber tire IGT.

Don't forget!! the ROAR region 12 Fuel Onroad Championshipwill be held 2 weeks prior to this big event.

I look at this race as a pre-nats race!!
You can get your car dialed 2 weeks before the nats and be 100% ready

Start planning your trips to LA!!
Flyer and details coming soon.

THANKS!!

Cool--looking forward to seeing some of the best 1/5 scale drivers in the country. I'm jumping into the new "Street" class. Hopefully, that will lead to more toys and class's.

Tim,
That class will be limited to 20 entries, I highly recommend to get your entry in as soon as we post the entry form!

I had a form yesterday from Vic--- but he took it back before I could use it!! He said it had some errors!! Please--how do I get a form???
Thanks
Tim

WHY would you limit an entry level class to only 20 racers?? Don't you WANT to grow the hobby???

Victor will post it soon.
The regionals can be downloaded here.

I think reason for the limit is the time schedule??...I think.

Will know in a week if I can go. Looking forward to racing at the NATs!!

Not sure about my fellow Canadian team-mates. I think the back and forth action with 301 may have wore them out, plus it is hard to keep switching vacation time at their respective workplaces.

Will keep you posted,

Hugh

Corona’s after the races? Huh....I usually have them during the races up here

Anyways Hugh, even though I am certainly a bit worn out there’s a good chance I could make this work if you can (fingers crossed). Just wanna race!

Sounds like our northern "alcoholics" are going to make it after all!!!
I don't "drink and drive" --but they'll be ready for after the races!!!

Allrighty then----gotta print this thing off and send it in!!! I haven't got my AMB Transponders yet--so I don't have the number. I guess I"ll send in the entry without--and once we know what number I need for no conflict-- we can set it up??
