Default Gold coloured 1/8th buggy wheels?

Has anyone ever seen gold 1/8th buggy wheels before? I've just finised a Subaru WRC theme body for my 808 and I need to either track down some wheels molded in gold coloured plastic or I'll have to resort to painting them.

Thanks man. I'm stealing your avatar by the way! Bugeyes for life! I'm assuming you drive one too. If so you might recognize my avatar

If I can't find any gold wheels I may also have to resort to using yellow rims instead, which would wouldn't be to bad. I'm going to use Jconcepts Rulux buggy wheels because they are almost completely identical to the BBS wheels that came on all 2004-2007 STIs. They have the exact same spoke style, but are 12 spoke instead of 10. The Rulux wheels for 1/10th buggies though has 10 spokes are looks identical.

You could measure the wheel diameter, and I am sure you could get any body with a vinyl machine to cut you gold vinyl wheel stickers to put on your fresh rims. I don't think it would be very expensive but they very greatly in price from one to the other.

You could always get white rims and dye them black then get the spoke style rims made in gold on the vinyl cutter and you will have some rims that look like gold spokes on dish rims.

You could get some white ones and dye them. I doubt you’re going to get gold but you might be able to get something close.
