Arrow IB 3800's

Has anyone noticed how bad the IB cell's fall off after weeks of running I run mine once a week and take very good care of them but they still look bad"after cycleing"
also not sure why express does not heat shrink each cell due to it not being done 1 cell on a good pack blew up/shorted out on the chassis even after I sanded my battery slots..I have Old 3300's that have way less ware than my new 3800's due to the extra heat shrink I also asked John "PM"why the cells fall off but never got a Reply... I did get a reply when I asked to buy em

How are you taking care of them? Why are you cycling them? No manufactuer shrink wraps their cells except for the standard colored shrink wrap. Did you seal your battery slots?

I asked John how to charge them what cut off amps etc....I cycle my packs 1 time a month to see what pack is the best IE: heat pack and Main pack yes I seal them all I run 2 cars a TRF 415 and a Corally RDX I sucks because now I have a bad 6cell pack 75.00 waisted I have 6 6cell Express packs and all of em are worn I had to tape the bottom of every pack so they don't short out
it sucks.....

Well.. I'm John but not the Barrery Jon.. Extra wrap on cells is not always provided from all battery matchers. I have seen many packs from many matchers and can tell you 7 out of 10 dont include. Some racers do prefer not to run the extra cell wrap for many reasons ,1 being it just holds extra power robbing heat in the cells As far as loosing runtime..yea I have seen some packs loose runtime from earlier batches but now that IB has got things going well, that doesn't seem to be a problem.. I got packs from October that only lost 30 seconds and still run well. Yes like Fred sail too...Make sure edges are sealed not just sanded.. If it still occurs try to refile on motr of angle and reglue....

TK, You can't win by posting a pic of a TC3, with a bunch of LOSI stickers on the body...

BTW, my flames are better, and I've been a Tony fan since May 20, 1971...so I WIN!
