I see a LOT of influences there from some other top TC kits! Let's see what actually makes it into the box for $400.

As a big plus, it looks like there's a lot of parts in common with the current car, which prevents the parts box from becoming obsolete overnight.

Very nice, heard good things about this car

By the looks the suspension and drive train will be compatible... If the bulkheads are the same width

Love that battery retainer!

Suspension and drive train components will be the same. Everything else is all new!!

Like the way the servo mounts though, had a close look at the prototype at FEMCA here in Sydney. Must say looks like a good kit

I can't see there being a upgrade kit for this new chassis

sadly I will keep using my almost new but almost out of date car

If that is the new design, can't honestly say I like it all that much, apart for anything else, toe blocks seems like a step backwards to me.

Just realized what bothered me about the pics of the new car, apart from the shock tower arrangement, it's now all 417, weird...

Hopefully it will fix the L/R rear toe issue. I mean, I dont think it hurts the car but its annoying anytime you put the car on a station....

I read a few people had that, but never came across it on my car, all I could think of that may cause that was a dud batch of bulkheads or a flaw in one arm mount perhaps, but last several times my car went into a setup station is was about as true as you could hope for.

Interesting point on the bad batch... Probably hit the nail on the head.

Either way my car is over 1deg out per side lol
Still fast though which is all that matters. Can wait to get this new kit though...

I love the new look. I love the old look too. Which is faster? According to an Aussie tester... New car is MUCH faster in Mod...

A new car ain't worth much in true value unless it's got a good gear diff out of the box now, I'd be embarrassed to buy one unless it did, if I even bought another TOP, the new CEFX looks more innovation rather than imitation, and if I did not hate the colour blue I could always buy a Tamiya and save a fortune on parts.
