I don't think "wrong" at all. It's just not what we are used to. It would be a 4 gear trans in that configureation. And 3 if it was reversed for the mid motor setup.

I see external slipper adjustment screw and bent ball cups at the inner rear camber link (to clear the fat bores?)

The alu chassis looks extremely skinny. More so than a TLR 22 to me..

TD Can we please see a top down view with no batteries? and in Mid config?

It's clear from the pics that they've deliberatley left off a few of the "nice to have" blingy options to keep the kit at a reasonable price.

I'm guessing that the fact that you can run 3 or 4 gear mid or rear motor straight out of the box means either some rather ingenious design/moldings or quite a few extra few parts like the 22, so they need to de-spec the kit a little to ensure it's not priced uncompetatively.

Things like having plastic thumbscrews, steel turnbuckles, plastic upper shock mounts, plastic shock collars - they all work fine just lack the bling facter, i'm sure they will be available as options.

Will be insteresting to see how the 4 gear-rear motor set-up (which is pictured) will work on slippery tracks - it will allow for a lot of rear weight transfer under throttle.

The new age of the 2wd configurable platform is here. The 22 jumped on the scene with a production ready platform and seeing great successes with it, will be exciting now to have TD's as an alternative, with all strengths and weaknesses.

Wondering what bearings are used for the fronts and if TD will do a conversion kit for B4 front rims like Tamiya's offering for the 201X?

And what parts it shares with the DEX410:
Rear arms, rear hubs, hinge pins and...?

The inverted front window on the F1-ish shell is growing on me...

I've had a Schumacher Cougar and that's a pricy car. The parts are very expensive. Almost the price I pay for 1/8th scale Mugen parts. Durango parts are cheap compared to Schumacher

Funny how Neumann enters the world's " A " last week with basically an AE front end, then today Durango releases the 210 with their own front end. Hard to say more explicitly " our front end geometry is pretty mucha B4 rip-off " IMHO

Anyway I can't wait to see more pictures.

Any specs?, wondering what wheelbase they went with. Considering the trend for longer 2wd cars and the succes it has had.

I like the way the servo mounts, very clean. It will be interesting to see the full specs and instruction manual to see how this thing goes together and more detailed photos of the transmission internals.

Well my Cougar SV may have to make way for one of these. It won't be going alongside a Durango 4WD though - Tamiya 511

Just wonder if it's going to be here for the BRCA F345s in September or do I rock up with my Losi XXCR Kinwald - I'll be at the back anyway!
