JSeay- AJ and I are partners for the San Marcos raceway, I can answer your questions. Sorry for the late reply, I have been working all day on the preparations necessary for tomorrow's race.

1. Approximate size is a 100 ft by 40 ft area.
2. No power available on site. Must use a generator (many are willing to let you plug in)
3. You may register by phone- JKing 858.336.4631 (me)
4. The loop is AMB compatible with loaner transponders.

Hope to see you there.

AJ & Joe, excellent job at todays races. A great program, great racing, and a ton of fun, can't wait until next month, Bob.

Default Craftsman truck series---I mean Slash class questions...

Hey guys I have a couple of questions?;

Is the Slash class run what you brung, or are there defined classes?

Do you have hand out transponders?

I assume we are talking "on-road" Slash, no jumps?

Is there a beginner class, or is the Slash class kid friendly?

We (my two sons and I) have Slashes and would be interested in racing, but need to get the specifics...

Thanks...

We are not strict about Slash class. We generally have a stock or "almost" stock class and a mod class if there are enough for each, otherwise we combine the two and just have fun.

We have hand out transponders

I can make jumps if people want them, we have been just running on road slash.

The slash clash is kid friendly. If we have enough racers to justify different classes in slash, then we will make different classes. However, it's all about what the racers want. We do what the racers want to do that day.

Come out and join us with your sons, daughters, mothers and whoever else wants to race.

Cheers,
JKing

What happened to the e-mail sign up sheet concept that was to keep racers informed of date chamges, etc.???

We will be racing this Sunday, May 2, 2010. This change is made to prevent conficting race dates with other race tracks in the area. We will publish a new annual schedule ASAP, please ignore the old schedule, thanks, Randy.
