Take the glow plug out, turn the car upside down and let the fuel out. Clean of your shoes and you are good to go. Your glow plug my be a little wet, be careful cleaning it though. Press it gently into clean paper towel maybe.
Also you can hold the car in the air, tilt car up on its tail so it's nose is pointing up, then turn it on it's side, spin it on it's side so the nose points down then back on it's side and watch all the fuel come out of the pipe stinger.
Then clean your shoes again.

or you could try a cleaner method pinch off the fuel line and turn the engine over with your glow starter on the plug it should only take a couple seconds to start to fire as soon as it starts to fire release the fuel line
if it doesn't fire up try removing the glow plug dry it off and test that it's not dead

i unplug the fuel line right off the carb, i open the throttle and take the air filter off and tip the car upside down, and fuel comes dripping out of the top of the carb, where the air filter goes.
then i stick the glow plug on the engine, pull it a few times and by that time it shouldnt be flooded.
re connect the fuel line, blow into the pressure line and its good to go!

remove the glow plug, take fuel line off of carb, put it on starter box and turn it over like trying to start it but watch your eyes as the fuel will spray out the top of the head. when no more fuel comes out it is unflooded so replace fuel line and plug and you're ready to go.

over your head? you hold the car about your head and try to start it?
step 1: take the fuel line off the carb, put the glow igniter onto the glow plug like you normally would, pull it a few times.
and if you think its super flooded, take the air filter off, put the car flat on the ground, lift the wheels about 10 inches so that the ait filter hole points towards the ground (or put your whole car upside down, watch the gas tank lid doesnt open), open your throttle by going WOT on the remote, and pull on the PS a few times. if youre doing this, make sure the fuel line isint connected. and a few drops should coming dripping out. then do step 1. again

The easiest way is take the plug out, burn it dry with the igniter, pull the engine over 7 or 8 times, put the plug back in and ur good to go!

+1, best way, take glow plug out, turn motor over a few times put glow plug back in, take the fuel line off from ur exhaust, give it a blow to get fuel up into the carby, put fuel line back on and it should start right away, this is the best way to do it.
