Freefall I did it the other way around. I ran the RR CB with the Losi Spur & it seemed to be fine. I did just change over the spur as well due to a CB bearing issue that chunked one of the Losi spurs teeth. The Robinsons are much wider and the RR CB is way tougher than the Losi CB.

hey guys i recently bought another 8ight after getting rid of it for a 8ight T and i had to get another one, i just started braking in the enigine in it and was wondering what parts were braking the most. last season i ran the 8ight and happend to only brake a tie rod end twice and bend a couple hing pins. has the hing pins been fixed?

also is anyone going to be attending the rc pro series midwest round 2 event?i've been up here in indiana for a week or so visiting my brother and i signed up for the race and was wondering if any one else was going to be attending it

thanks ethan

I haven't broke anthing yet, but I've had to replace ball ends because they were wearing out, and my front A arms are getting notched out by my rims when I turn really tight. So I replaced them, but that's it so far

If your kit is new enough, you might get the new flywheel and blue clutch shoes , white O rings for the shocks, and the new hinge pins.

I thought about the lipo pack instead of the regular old reciever pack, but then I realised that I don't want to make the rear end any lighter than it already is. so I'm sticking with the old reciever pack to help balance the car.

there really are no benefits to running lipo's except for weight. You really don't get any more run time because the only pack that can fit in the losi is a 1400 pack i think.

The car is actually heavy on the radio side, so a Li-po would balance it out a little better. I think this will fit, but I don't have a metric ruler to check.

I'm only seven months into 8th scale, but I felt like the car became more consistent with lipos and a regulator. Or maybe I just finally started driving better. lol. Either way, I bought lipo after putting too much juice to one of my other Nimh packs an blew it up. Also I have a 2000mah lipo and there is barely a difference in weight compared to the other 1400nimh pack. I have no scale, so take that how you want.
