I recently picked up this book in hopes of learning more about setting up and fine-tuning my touring car. At first, I thought the book was going to regurgitate theories and ideas I already know. Boy, I was wrong. After opening the book and skimming through a few pages, I learned a lot of new and interesting setup theories and techniques. In addition, Ryan's explanations about setup changes and their effects are clear and concise. I have to say this is no easy feat to do and he's obviously put in a lot of time and attention into his explanations. This in turn makes it easy for the reader (beginner or advanced driver) to understand what each setup change does and how the car will react on the track.

Ryan's Speed Secrets setup book will definitely compliment my RC Crew Chief computer program. Like I said, I've only skimmed through a few pages, but I'm excited to sit down and go through the book more in-depth.

I highly recommend this setup book.

I sold my XXX Main Setup Guide book years ago. Wish I still had that. Is it somewhat like that or much more detailed?
