Both are lighter than the RB6.6 BUT as most people in the UK run weight under their LiPos on those brands it just means we don't have to!

I'll be sending Petit a setup very soon (this week hopefully) that is so easy to drive yet carries so much corner speed on astro turf.

So far I've had a B6 and YZ2 driver move to RB6.6 after driving mine

Yeah agreed, i think the other bulkhead supplied in the 6.6 will work as RogerM pointed out. (I had a 724B handy so used that when i originally had the arms on the rear).
Its the other bulkhead on this tree http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/Rear-Bu...D_p_24560.html

I used my new rb 6.6 on carpet last weekend. It such a great car. I used Akimoto astro setup and I have found a great corner entry but oversteer on rear so Ive used 500 cst in each shock with red spring on the rear and gold in front. I raced on an indoor carpet track at 7 degree celsius so very cold. I want to test the car furhter but what a car this Kyosho.

impressed.

Any advise are welcome

The arms can have a bit of play in them. Kyosho has a shim set. Just make sure the arms still move freely after shimming.

I've been waiting on Amain as well. I have a NIP LW body, but think I'd rather have the regular body - if I'm spending $50 on a custom paint job.

Last I checked, Stormer listed 3 regular bodies in stock, but I didn't want to pay the shipping.

LW body is very flimsy. Good choice. Bit the bullet and picked up 2 of the 3 left at stormer

On the Akimoto setup, when they have 3,000 near gear diff do they mean 3,000 cst diff oil?

Thanks!

Yes, all diff oil ratings are CST. Most 1/8th scale offroad companies offer diff oils in 1k, 3k, 5k, 7k, etc CST weights. If you want closer weights for 1/10 diff tuning you can get the Kyosho diff oils like the following.

SIL2000
SIL3000
SIL4000
SIL5000
