Just found the first shop that lists the B5 with B5M Kit:

300$ here in germany...the price simply has to be a joke

Even though nobody keeps this thread up date, there are some that have a perfect car with the B5R!
Set him up for the Season, finally ready!

Body: Original B5R, Metallic Black & Red/Green/Blue/Yellow Squares
Spoiler: Proline Trifecta
Motor: Sonic M2 8.5T 23/81
ESC: Hobbywing V3.1
Servo: Savöx 1251MG

All I want and need

If you already own them both, try them both and see which you like better in the buggy!

Does anyone run sway bars for high bite clay track? Does it help with traction roll?

maybe one of the SRS racers will chyme in. SRS is where Spencer Rivkin has raced alot.

at the outdoor track i race, they had a trophy race event last weekend, this attracted a lot of racers for 3-4 weekends prior that normally race in Phoenix AZ at SRS-Hobbytown on the indoor clay track. i noticed several B5Ms had front sway bars which they removed for the outdoor track.

some locals at srs are using sway bars. It is more common on the t5m and sc5m though. I dont recall if Spencer runs them locally or not. The last time i looked he was not, but things change. I have seen a few random people running the rear sway, not sure if I have seen any front sway bar mods. I was about to order a rear sway bar to try and then the b6 dropped. So no point now. BK often runs more creative setups. Never know what he will show up with.

Heck even Larry Genova didn't know, he just thought it was a new B5M body...

Schelle, either the black diamond oiled ceramic or the onyx oiled steel.
The steel would last longer but the ceramics are way smoother, just a matter on how much do you wanna spend?

It doesn't seem like it's stopping people from trying to get top dollar..... I looked on Sunday and it was kinda silly.
People.... just because you have Fox shocks and include a speed control doesn't mean the car is worth $400 lol
