Is there an English version of the manual for these cars anywhere? I'm working on an R12C3, but the manual is in Japanese and I need to order replacement front sway bar mounts. I already ordered the part I thought was the replacement according to the manual, but the slot for the swaybar to rest in is too big. Can anyone give me some insight into this? I cant seem to find any other part numbers that would be correct, much less where to order them to arrive in the states.

That is in general the correct part. The problem is I ordered one and it varies from the part on the car I need to replace. The one on the car now is intended to hold a smaller sway bar as it has a smaller recess. the r12-17m I received has a significantly larger cutout for the sway bar which makes it nearly useless as the bar moves up and down without translating the force to the opposite arm. Specifically, here is what/where I ordered.

Does anyone have any ideas on getting the right part?

TQ'd and won the first stage of the 1/12 All Japan Nationals. It was my first outing with the a Yokomo R12C3 and what a beast. Managed to post the fastest lap of the day and was the first time ever to record a 10.645 lap. The fastest ever recorded lap time on this track was a 10.510 by a Yokomo factory driver. Not bad considering it was first time and had limited track testing.

Hello,

Could you give us some tips about the way you setup the car, what body and tires you used?

Thanks

Forgot this post... Oops.

Body - Team Bomber
Tires Team bomber medium front and medium soft rear. However, I might move up to medium in the rear.

Think I am going to give the R12C3 a try this year. Really like my X12'14, and it has performed well for me, but I like different.

Few questions, does this car use standard size bearings? Or are they metric?

Also, in regards to tires, one of the reasons I want to try this car is the rear hub set-up. Seems to me that the hub off set would work well. However, I have found that I really like certain compound tires, specifically, purple or black for the front, and green or yellow in the rear. How do the Yokomo/CRT pre-mounted compare to the above, what would be the equivalent?

Cheers

Uses standard sized bearings.

I just bought 140 USD worth of Yokomo CRT Premounts. I'm running CRT medium (magenta) front and rear. .

They work like a charm for stock racing. Just sauce them achieve the handling you desire.

Thanks, I know you race in Japan and use different motor batt., but do you have any set-ups for stock racing for this car. Not much here in NA using it. Wondering what springs I should get for it.

Also, is there any other shops in NA that sell parts/tires for this car besides Amain?

If you want the standard compounds with an offset, look at PRO One RC, they have a facebook page.

Hello

Where can i purchase this TEAMBOMBER products?
Body and conversion kit looks very interesting for me.
But I'm a little bit confused about the part numbers of
the conversion kit. On the HP there are 4 part numbers...
2 for the conversion with the blue and 2 numbers for the
conversion with the black tubes. i own a C3, so which
is the correct part number for the blue ones?

Regards,
Gero

The first two Team Bomber codes are for the C3
TB20081 and TB20082. The 83 and 84 are for the R12 chassis.
I'm not sure where you can buy the kits outside of Japan. I can email the owner and ask him.
