This are the blocks and then with a ride height meter you can meassure between the setup board and the hubs.
I meassure droop with a ride height gauge under my hubs on my onroad car, but with calipers on my offroad cars. Just meassure the length from center hole to center hole.
Most people measure the shocklength in offroad so that's a little compare setups when you it in the same way. And it's cheaper
