That Venom charger is re-badged for Venom - several others sell it as well, AMain (Prodigy 610 Duo) and Hitec X2 to mention a few. It is made by SkyRC and was a little rocky when it came out a few yrs ago. They seemed to have gotten the bugs out.

If you need the dual capability, you prob won't find another dual charger cheaper. A 350watt PS will easily run a 200watt charger. One thing missing in this discussion is what you plan/need to charge. 200watts is not a lot of power if you're planning on hi C rate charging high capacity, high cell count lipos.
