My experience with Serpent gear diffs is this:
  • Don't over fill but also don't under fill.
  • Don't over tighten and don't under tighten.
  • When tightening, tighten the screws evenly to prevent the o-ring from popping out.
Do it with the same care as you would when building your shocks and you'll have perfect leak proof diffs just like you would have perfect leak proof shocks.
