one word: Everything.
There are easily 50 different front wings for the f103 each affects topspeed, nosedive, turn in speed etc. differently. I swapped out the Factory F103 wing that came with my f103RM and swapped it out with one from RCzen and I dropped nearly a whole second off my lap time. My top speed suffered, but my turning speed was dramatically increased. The rear wing has to keep the only 2 wheels moving on the ground without dragging. Plus some models can have rear diffusers that allow you to use lessaggressive wings to reduce drag but combined give the same downforce.
Easiest way to discover this: drive your car 3 laps with your wings on. Take your wings off and TRY to drive it with them off.
