The outside looks does not tell anything about the internal configuration. I know there are pipes looking the same on the outside but a different inside tuned to the specification.
Normally all different brands using the same EFRA number must be the same pipe because the EFRA number is an homologation number so the product can/may not be different than the homologated original.
