I pasted the new files, clicked replace. I then updated the lcd box, then plugged in esc and updated 508. I guess I'll have to try it again.
There's no need to update the LCD box after replacing the new files. Just copy and paste the 2 files in the directory, and connect your ESC to the computer vis the program box as usual to update your FW.
