1.125 is the turnbuckle physical length not the total length with ball cups. The RTR manual says total length center cup to center cup should be 1.7", although the FT manual doesn't state a length just gives a SO box, what ever that means.
Yeah I guess I give the two lines method a try. It's just harder to do with tires on the car.
