The setup in Debbie's is super cool, you are the only ones in the US to have such places really in the world, shop on the spot, tracks etc...we had a place in Ireland who tried that but unfortunately, they were way to short on knowledge when it came to cars and track building.
Our track has amazing commodities, electricity on each large tables (and plenty of them) a lift system for wheelchair access, even ladies and gents separate toilets
a small kitchen area for big dates and back to back off road and on road tracks with a control office each.
a little limited for track changes and a little too wide for 1/10th elec.
