Hey I have a 12r5 and 10r5 and I was wondering if there is a way to do all the tweaking stuff without a tweakboard(camber/caster stuff and all) dont really have the money to spend on it so i was just wondering if there was a cheap way of doing it

You can check tweek with an Xacto knife and two quarters. Set the car on a flat board put a quarter on top of each front wheel, place the blade in the little hole at the front of the chassis and lift. If both quarters fall at the same time there is no or very little tweek. If one quarter fall first adjust the side spring screw opposite the side the quarter fell off until they both fall off at the same time.
